This is not only the most visible aspect of the table, but it is the playing surface of the table. Some of the things you need to think about when you decide on the fabric that you want to use for your playing surface include; color, design, feel, wearability and playability.

The four of the choices that that Poker Table Materials offers for poker table felt are speed cloth, velveteen, casino grade felt, woven wool cloth.

Suited Speed Cloth



Suited Speed Cloth is one of the more popular choices for poker table cloth. The fabric has a diagonal criss-cross design with each of the suits as part of the design. This fabric provides excellent wearabilty and cards slide across it with ease. It is currently available in three colors; red, blue and green. The fabric is sold in 108' x 59" pieces.

Velveteen



Velveteen poker table felt provides a soft feeling playing surface that cards slide across with ease. This fabric is available in 10 colors; red, wine, burgubdy, green, pine green, blue, navy blue, purple, black and beige. Pieces are sold in 108" x 58" size.

Casino Grade Poker Table Felt



This fabric is a casino grade poker table felt and used on many gaming tables in casinos and card rooms through out the country. It has a soft "seude-like" feel to it. Pieces are sold in a 108" x 59" size and is available in both red and green.

Woven Wool Poker Table Cloth



This poker table cloth is a woven wool material. It is a thicker fabric which will provide wearabilty. It is available in three colors; red, green and blue. Pieces are sold in 108" x 59" size.


Any of these poker table fabrics will provide a very playable and good looking playing surface for your poker table.

300 Chip Poker Table Chip Tray - Product Review

The 300 Chip Poker Table Chip Tray is made from a thick 1/8” ABS black plastic which makes this tray very sturdy. This tray is design to fit into the dealer spot of a poker table. It provides the dealer with access to extra poker chips.

This tray has a capacity of 300 poker chips. There are 6 rows that hold 50 chips each. In addition to the chip space, there is also a location for two decks of playing cards.

The overall size of this poker table chip tray is 15” x 10” and it weighs just over 1lb. It requires a rectangular hole in the poker table that measures 13 ½” x 8 ½” and has a depth clearance of 1 ¾”.

How to Build a Poker Table

Currently, the instruction are for a 10-person oval shaped poker taable. we are in the process of adding some more intructions. We will have instructions for a smaller oval table with seating for eight. There will also be two round table options; a 6-person and an 8-person table. We will also be adding a black jack table too.

Speed Cloth makes a great playing surface for a poker table. This poker table fabric is extremely durable and cards slide well across it. Speed Cloth will not create “fuzz balls” like regular felt. Never use regular felt on a table!

Speed cloth is one of the most popular fabrics to use for a poker table’s playing surface. It is styled with a “suited” design, which is why it is also called suited speed cloth. Criss-crossed diagonal lines with hearts, diamonds, spades and clubs located inside the lines make up the design. In addition to its unique design, it is also a very durable fabric. It makes a great choice for tables that will get lots of play on them.

The fabric is currently available in 3 colors; Green, Red and Blue. The fabric is sold in pieces that measure 108” x 59”. This will easily cover an eight foot by four foot table, with fabric to spare.

The fabric itself has a little rougher feel to it when it is on the table compared to some other fabrics. The roughness is due to the thickness of the fabric and the design on it.

Poker Table Felt - Velveteen - Product Review

The velveteen fabric makes a great playing surface for a poker table. This Poker Table Felt is soft to the touch and cards slide extremely well across it. Velveteen will not create “fuzz balls” like regular felt. Never use regular felt on a table!

The fabric is available in 10 colors; Green, Pine Green, Red, Wine, Burgundy, Blue, Navy Blue, Purple, Black and Beige. The fabric is sold in pieces that measure 108” x 55”. This will easily cover an eight foot by four foot table, with fabric to spare.

When upholstering a table with this fabric, you will find that it is easy to work with. It provides a certain amount of stretch, so you are able to get the fabric tight across the playing surface. Just make sure when are putting the fabric on the table that you are not gluing it down. Use staples so it can be removed in the future for cleaning or replacement.

Caring for this fabric is easy. The velveteen fabric is machine washable and then can be iron on the reverse side.

Product Review – stainless steel cup holder

The stainless steel poker table cup holders are available in 4 options. There is a regular and jumbo size, each available in a slide under and insert version.

The stainless steel cup holders are very durable; they will not dent or rust. The outsides of the cup holders have been polished to a nice shiny chrome-like finish.

The slide under cup holder has a base that sticks out from under the cup and is designed to “slide under” the rail on a poker table. It sits on top of the playing surface.

The insert cup holder will fit into a hole in the poker table. These can either be permanently mounted or remain removable. These holes can be located in the table’s armrest rail, in the felt, or in a racetrack area of a poker table. The regular size fits into a hole with a diameter of 2 ¾” and the jumbo fits into a hole with a diameter of 3 5/8”.

The standard size cup holder has an inside diameter of 2 5/8”. This will fit a standard 12oz. beverage can.

The jumbo size cup holder has and inside diameter of 3 ½”. This will fit larger beverage containers.

Any of these cup holders will be a nice addition to your poker table and help keep it dry too!
